If I were dieting alone, I’d probably have gotten lazy and given up already. But partnering with Cheryl is helping me keep motivated. I highly recommend buddy dieting if you’re interested in losing weight! She’s making me feel guilty by all this talk about exercise. I’ve been doing great on the whole eat healthy thing, but I haven’t moved my fat booty at all this week! But that’s about to change.
Yesterday, I joined my local Jazzercise! I did this two years ago and it was so much fun, plus it really helped me shed some pounds. But most importantly, as those pounds were shed, I got more toned and in shape rather than just saggy. Which, as I approach 40, is definitely not something I want to be!
The money’s spent, now I just have to get my fat A to a class!

You can do it. If you can muscle your way there and into the first 5 minutes — the rest is no biggie. It’s the getting started that’s the hardest. Do a few jazzy moves for me, too!
