So I was looking through some old Arbonne brochures last night (I’m a consultant) and came across these before-and-after pictures. I’d probably seen them a million times before, but I guess I never paid much attention. This time the captions jumped up, grabbed me by the shoulders and screamed, “DUH!!!”

This lady lost 25 pounds in 20 weeks (sound familiar?), one lost 21 pounds in 2 months, and one lost 60 pounds in 5 months. DUH!!! I don’t have nearly that much to go, so I can do 20 pounds in 20 weeks on this, right? I can totally do this! So I’m going to take a stab at setting some rules like Cheryl. Here goes:
1. Do the 7 day detox every month (currently on day 4!)
2. Have a protein/fiber shake for breakfast every day (not a problem, Baker and I love making these together!)
3. Have a protein/fiber shake for lunch, or a Lean Cuisine or salad, but that’s it!
4. Take my diet supplement 30 minutes before dinner to help my body actually recognize when it’s full and give my metabolism a kick start (I’ve used this before and it really helped!)
5. Drink 3 Fizz Tabs a day (no problem there!)
6. Try to avoid everything else unless it’s healthy
Now that doesn’t mean I won’t cheat sometimes, because I will. But just not as much as I have been cheating! Who knows, maybe I’ll become the Arbonne weightloss guru!
