Ooooh, I’m having a good diet day and I didn’t even really mean to. Could it be this healthier lifestyle is finally taking root and coming naturally? Woke up and headed straight to Jazzercise for an hour of butt busting, literally. Drank two Fizz Tabs — that’s 34 oz. of water with some great fat-burning, energy-boosting herbs and minerals. For lunch, had Progresso zero-points soup and a slice of bread with PB on it. So far so good, right? Now if I can just keep it up for the rest of the day!
Side note: I was in a meeting last week, had my legs crossed and my skirt started riding up a bit. I glanced down and discovered something remarkable — a hot calf! No, I don’t mean a feverish small cow. That would have been really weird. I mean an awesome calf muscle where there was not one before. I snuck off to the bathroom to get a full flexed view, and baby, mama’s getting some hot legs! Guess that Jazzercise is really working!
Nothing like a some results to get more motivated. So, new Jenn rules:
- Go to Jazzercise FOUR times a week, no matter what!
- Walk/jog TWICE a week in addition to Jazzercise
If I can pull that off, I’ll be looking hot even if I don’t lose tons of weight. But how could I not, with all that exercise?
