Yesterday’s weigh-in was a good one.  I lost two-and-a-half pounds.  That’s five total (seven if you’re counting that first week).  Woo hoo!  I may have celebrated a wee bit too much yesterday –but I’m back on track today (I had a great run this morning — 23 straight minutes, 26/30 TRT (plus another 4 minutes after that). 

Da Rules (*denotes new or updated rule)

  • 3 30-minute Run/Walk workouts (at least 18*/30 TRT)
  • *1 15-minute walk sometime M-F
  • Ab workout 3x per week
  • 3* lunches M-F must be a healthy salad or turkey sandwich
  • 2* soda-free days
  • 20 daily pushups (2-3* real ones)
  • *1 dinner must be fish
  • 2 servings of fruit daily
  • Brush teeth after meals

It may seem like a lot to remember, but most of these rules are already becoming habits, which is the WHOLE IDEA. 

Mama lost two-and-a-half pounds… two-and-a-half.  15 pounds to go.

    Way to go, Mama! I’m definitely adding exercise into my program. :-) I stayed the same this week. Bummer! But at least I didn’t gain like I thought I might have…
