Remember Wayne’s World? One of my favorite movies of all time, although I’m a bit embarassed to admit it. I love the scene where they’re playing street hockey and a car comes. They move the net off to the side and yell “Car!” After it passes, they put the net back in the road and yell ”Game on!” Sometimes that’s how my diet life goes. Over Christmas break and through yesterday, I’d say I was definitely in the “Car!” phase. Now the holidays are over, and it’s “Game on!” Worked my booty off quite literally at Jazzercise this morning. Now I’m working with my Fizz Tab and a low-cal lunch, aiming for the next milestone.
Hope you and yours had a wonderful Christmas and that 2010 is a blessed year for you. Remember, you really can keep those New Year’s resolutions! You just have to work on it a little bit each day and try to stay focused. If a car comes, move your net to the side and then get right back into the game. Game on!
