Have you ever thought about how two people can do the exact same exercises and have hugely different results? I was on an Arbonne training call the other day and there was a lady talking about her Zumba class. She said she walked in behind two ladies and overheard them chatting about how you can burn 1,000 calories in one session. (Really, it’s 500-800.) But then she watched them during class and they were barely going through the motions. She thought it’d be a stretch if they even burned 150 calories in that class.

I can see that being the same for me and my Jazzercise. Sometimes I just try to keep up and get through it. But other times, like this morning, I go all out and put everything I have into it. I really focus on the muscles we’re working and build in my own resistance. And boy could I feel it!

If you’re reading this and not getting everything out of your workout that you could be, maybe you should just try harder. Are you giving it your all and working as hard as you can, or just going through the motions? It can make a huge difference in your weightloss!
