If you’ve been following this blog, you’re probably familiar with what visiting my in-laws does to my body. Lots of fun, but I usually come back several pounds heavier, a bit constipated, and with a broken out face. It just proves my last post…you are what you eat! My hubby’s family, like quite a few other families that I know, are heavy into meat, potatoes and bread. I’m also too busy enjoying time with the family to get out an exercise much. Baker and I did take two walks, but they were only about 15 minutes long, so not near the exercise I’m used to at Jazzercise.
So I’m back on the wagon today! Chocolate protein/fiber shake for breakfast, got my Fizz Tab here, Lean Cuisine for lunch and hopefully a salad for dinner. I’m starting the Arbonne 7-day detox again tomorrow, which always makes me feel so much better and more energetic after I’ve splurged. I’ll get back to Jazzercise tomorrow morning, and will feel better within a few days. 153 by Derby seems a little unrealistic now, so I’m shooting for the June 12 when we leave for vacation. Totally doable!
