OK, it’s Wednesday May 12, midweek, almost mid-month. How am I doing on my goals? On a scale of 1 to 10:
Weightloss — 10 so far today. Started off with Jazzercise, had my protein/fiber shake with fresh strawberries, drinking lots of water, planning a Lean Cuisine for lunch. So far, so good!
My Business — Only a 1 so far today. I’ve just been checking email and haven’t really done much. So here’s a goal…book 3 presentations or one-on-ones by the end of the day. If I can do that, I’ll come back in and update it to a 10!
Not quite ready to tackle any other goals right now, so we’ll just stick with these two for today!
