To me, August has always been about getting back to a routine. Even years after I stopped going back to school myself, it’s still the same old feeling that I get every year. I just want to clean off my desk, sharpen some pencils and make a to-do list. So here’s my list for today:
Get back to healthy living — Got my detox drink in the fridge, Fizz Tab sitting next to me, had a banana protein/fiber shake for b-fast, and planning to go to Jazzercise tonight.
Writing — Cheryl and I are putting together a book proposal, and we’ve been totally blowing it off lately. So I’m going to get down to business and schedule a time to discuss it.
PR Work — Not my favorite thing to do, but I have several things on my to-do list that I SWEAR I will cross off today! (Or at least tomorrow…)
Arbonne — I have 7 potential business builders on my list that I promise myself I will contact today.
House — Ugh, after a summer of vacations and having everyone at home, where do I start? I’m going to pick up the rest of the paint I need to finish the bathroom and try to get that done tonight after Jazzercise.
That’s it so far. May not seem like much, but believe me, it is! I also need to do laundry so the kids have something to wear on their first day back to school!
